I published 3 papers and submitted 2 papers prior to starting PhD. Currently, I am CS PhD student at Cornell University working under supervision of Professor Angelique Taylor. I am honored to be awarded Cornell’s Excellence Fellowship and Adobe Sponsored GEM Fellowship to fund my PhD journey. I was a visiting researcher at Stanford University @ SVL Lab with Professor Jiajun Wu, Mengdi Xu and Weiyu Liu working on novel views of 4DGS with sparse views and robotics tool use to achieve complex tasks. Prior to that, I interned at Adobe Research, supervised by Franck Dernoncourt (MIT PhD) in which I submitted a paper to a top-tier conference and published in ICCV. Previously, I was a research intern at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) supervised by Prof. Mohamed Elhoseiny in which I published a NeurIPS paper. My very first paper was during my undergrad.
I have over 10 years of multi-disciplinary research, entrepreneurship and industry experience in machine learning, software and hardware. I started 3 startups, worked for Intel as a Design and Automation Engineer, and worked for Sonics Inc (acquired by Meta) as a Solutions Architect. I studied Computer Science at San Jose State University, was top 1% and received my BSc. in Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University.
